Where do the puppies
come from?
We collaborate with trusted local breeders and rescues to bring our puppy yoga and social sessions to life. After each event, the puppies head back to their nurturing homes, where they continue to grow, play and receive the best care.
Puppy Safety Measures
The wellbeing of our puppies always comes first. Every event is set up with care so the pups feel safe, happy and comfortable.
Water & Food
Fresh water is always available and feeding is done according to the puppies regular schedule.
Puppy Care
We have a minimum of 2 dedicated professional supervisors who are experienced in handling young puppies and closely monitor their behaviour through each event to make sure they are safe and enriched according to Companion Animals legislation.
Safe & Sanitised Spaces
Studios are thoroughly cleaned before every event using Resparkle (our partnered eco-friendly products provider), safe for both puppies and people, while keeping the space hygienic to the highest standards.
Rest Time
We make sure the puppies get at least 45-60 minutes of rest between sessions so they stay relaxed and happy.

Puppy Socialisation
When you join a Puppy Yoga class, you’re helping puppies learn and grow in a safe, positive environment. Under the care of our experienced team, the pups get gentle exposure to new people, car rides, everyday sights and sounds. This helps them build confidence and develop into well-adjusted dogs before they move on to their forever homes.
It’s a win-win: the puppies become more social and resilient, while humans leave with a big dose of joy and an endorphin boost from all the puppy love.
Puppy Yoga events are not selling-based
At Puppy Yoga, our focus is on creating positive experiences with puppies - not on selling them. Owning a dog is a lifelong commitment that requires time, care and resources and it’s not the right step for everyone.
Our sessions give people the chance to experience the comfort, playfulness and wellbeing that puppies bring, without the responsibility of pet ownership. It’s a way to connect with animals, lift your mood and enjoy the benefits of puppy love in a safe, accessible setting.
