Tickets are non-refundable.
All tickets are non-refundable. Howewer, with 72+ hours’ notice, we offer a one-time reschedule (subject to availability). Within 72 hours, changes are not guaranteed. You’re also welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member

Puppy care comes first.
We prioritise the wellbeing of our pups. During our sessions, puppies have playful and sleepy moments — we always follow their natural rhythm and ensure their comfort at all times.
