We offer digital gift cards valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
Gift cards can be used for booking any Puppy Yoga class and are a perfect way to share a unique and joyful experience.
The recipient didn’t receive their gift card on the scheduled date. What should I do?
Don’t worry! Please first double-check the selected delivery date and time. If the gift card still hasn’t arrived, ask the recipient to check their spam or junk folder. If you still need help, feel free to contact our support team.
How do recipients redeem gift cards at checkout?
To redeem a gift card, the recipient should:
Choose the class they want to book.
At checkout, select “Redeem a gift card”.
Enter the unique gift card code.
Can gift card holders check their balance?
Currently, it’s not possible to check gift card balances online.
We recommend keeping track of your remaining value after each use.
What if the order total is more than the gift card value?

If the total exceeds the gift card amount, the remaining balance can be paid using any other available payment method.

The unused balance will remain on the gift card and can be applied toward future bookings.
Example: If you have a A$154 gift card and spend A$77, you’ll have A$77 remaining.
Can gift cards be exchanged or refunded?
No. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or checks.
Please treat them like cash – if lost or stolen, they cannot be replaced.
How can I ensure the correct recipient name appears?
To ensure the gift card is issued in the recipient’s name, make sure to enter their email during checkout.
If you use your own email, the system will assign your name to the gift card.
Please note that one email address can only be linked to one name. The same email address cannot be used for multiple recipient names, as the system saves the email and name as a single contact.
What happens with delayed delivery?
If you choose delayed delivery, you can now schedule both the delivery date and exact time for your gift card to be sent. Simply select your preferred delivery time at checkout, and the recipient will receive their gift card accordingly.
I want to receive the gift card myself, but have it addressed to the birthday person. How can I do that?
You’ll need to use two email addresses that you have access to.
Your first email (with your name) will be the sender — the person purchasing the gift card.
Your second email (with the birthday person’s name) will be the recipient.
This way, everything will work correctly:
you’ll receive the gift card to your own inbox, but it will be addressed to your friend and signed with your name.
Please note that one email address can only be linked to one name. The same email address cannot be used for multiple recipient names, as the system saves the email and name as a single contact.
